When will my product be shipped?
Answer: In-stock products are generally shipped within 24 hours, often the same day. With millions in inventory, many products are shipped directly from our stock.
Is Power Tool Box an Authorized reseller?
Answer: Absolutely, Power Tool Box is factory trained and authorized for the sales, repair and warranty for all of our lines.
What is your return policy?
Answer: Unused products may be returned in there original packaging. A restocking charge may apply.
How do I return a product for service, repair or warranty?
Answer: Simply contact our customer service department to receive a service order request form and shipping information.
Can I speak with someone regarding the selection of a product?

Can I expedite an order?
Answer: Our Customer Care department (800) 750 - 2563, can assist you in expediting your order. Quite often, expedited orders received before 3:00 pm are shipped overnight on the same day.
How long does it take to repair my product?
Answer: Repair times vary, based on the extent of the repair. Tool repairs are often completed within 48 hours of approval.
If I send a product for repair, am I obligated to fix it?
Answer: Certainly not, once your repair requirement is identified you will be sent a repair quotation. You may choose to repair the product, elect to have it returned or discarded at your discretion. As an example, a customer may send a tool that retails for $79.00 and we find it requires $45.00 in repairs. Quite often, we will offer a new product at a reduced price, as an alternative to the repair quotation.
