times vary, based on the extent of the repair. Tool repairs are often
completed within 48 hours of approval. |

I send a product for repair, am I obligated to fix it?
Answer: Certainly
not, once your repair requirement is identified you will be sent
a repair quotation. You may choose to repair the product, elect to
have it returned or discarded at your discretion. As an example, a
customer may send a tool that retails for $79.00 and we find it requires
$45.00 in repairs. Quite often, we will offer a new product at
a reduced price, as an alternative to the repair quotation. |
