- In this section you will find an assortment of the best pipe quick connect fittings on the market. COPRO™ quick connect fittings are the most advanced in quick connect technology for standard Outside Diameter piping. Sizes from 1/2" ( 1/2 inch ), 3/4" ( 3/4 inch ), and select 1" ( 1 inch ) - Even though COPRO™ quck connect fittings are inexpensive and very easy to use there are tools for removal and re-installation that you will need. Please read the fallowing specifications before using any COPRO™ pipe fittings. - Installation Specifications: Performance: - 200 PSI at 180° working pressure - COPRO™ fittings are tested to 900 PSI, which gives a safety factor of over 4 to 1. - Consult factory for higher temperatures or pressures. - Installation: Insertion depth - ½” pipe = 1 1/16" depth - ¾” pipe = 1 3/16" depth - Removal & Re-installation: Step 1) Remove the fittings nut with the dismantling key Step 2) Take the Dismantling Split Ring and place it around the pipe between the fitting, and Nut, with the beveled edge of the Dismantling Split Ring Facing towards the body of the fitting Step 3) With the Dismantling Slit Ring installed, tighten the nut back down into the body of the fitting until you hear a "click" Step 4) Pull the pipe out of the fitting, remove the Nut, and the Dismantling Split Ring. Step 5) Inspect the O-Ring, and Gripper Teeth to ensure that neither is damaged. Step 6) Re install the Nut, and the fitting is ready to use
